About ICCII
Institute of Capability and Compliance for Individuals and Institutions
Building Capability. Understanding Compliance.
Our Approach
ICCII seeks to bridge the gap between knowledge and application.
Our learning programmes are designed around practical realities, workplace experience, law, institutional requirements, case studies and the changing demands of society and the economy.
We aim to help learners move from: Knowing → Understanding → Applying → Performing and institutions move from: Requirement → Understanding → Implementation → Responsible Practice
Who We Serve
ICCII develops learning interventions for: Students and youth | Employees | Professionals | Entrepreneurs | Supervisors and Managers | Leaders | HR and Compliance Professionals | Institutional Functionaries | Employers and Organisations. Programmes may be delivered through classroom learning, workshops, seminars, institutional training, customised programmes, online learning, knowledge resources and collaborative learning initiatives.
Our Purpose
I would finish the main section with this stronger philosophical statement: Our purpose is not merely to conduct training. It is to develop people who are better prepared for life and work, and institutions that are better equipped to perform their responsibilities. And then perhaps in bold or italics:
Capability must be developed. Compliance must be understood. Both require learning.
That last line should become an important recurring ICCII thought.
Learning for Life. Capability for Work. Compliance for Institutions.
ICCII — Institute of Capability and Compliance for Individuals and Institutions — is a learning, training and knowledge-development institution under the S4E LIFE umbrella.
ICCII has been conceived on a simple premise: people and institutions cannot remain effective in a rapidly changing world without continuously developing their capabilities and understanding their responsibilities.
For individuals, capability means much more than academic knowledge. It includes the attitudes, practical skills, professional behaviour, adaptability, leadership and understanding required to earn a livelihood, build a career, undertake enterprise and manage the realities of life.
For institutions, capability must be accompanied by responsible governance and compliance. Laws, regulations, workplace responsibilities and organisational systems become meaningful only when the people responsible for implementing them understand not merely what is required, but also why it is required and how it should work in practice.
ICCII therefore brings Capability Development and Compliance Learning together within one institutional framework.
Let’s Learn. Let’s Build Capability.
Whether you are an individual seeking to develop practical capability, an institution looking to strengthen its people, or an organisation seeking training in workplace compliance, ICCII would be pleased to understand your requirement.
