Who We Work With

ICCII welcomes collaboration with educational institutions, businesses, community organisations and professionals. Our enquiries may involve students, educators, employees, employers, entrepreneurs, managers and institutional leaders—bringing together the perspectives of those who experience a challenge and those responsible for addressing it.

ICCII is developing academic collaborations beginning in the Amaravati region of Andhra Pradesh.

It has been conceived to investigate a practical question: what enables individuals and institutions to translate knowledge, opportunities and responsibilities into effective everyday practice?

For individuals, capability extends beyond academic knowledge. It includes practical skills, attitudes, adaptability and the confidence to navigate life, livelihood and work. ICCII seeks to understand how these capabilities develop and what stands in their way.

For institutions, policies and statutory requirements depend on people and systems for implementation. ICCII explores how leadership, workplace culture, beliefs and organisational practices influence performance, equality and compliance.

Within S4E, ICCII provides research and insights to inform practical solutions and interventions through POSHCOP, 4CODES and COSOL.
