Research & Collaboration

ICCII invites educational institutions, businesses and community organisations to explore capability and compliance challenges together. Through focused studies and shared learning, we seek to understand everyday realities, identify gaps and develop practical solutions relevant to the people and institutions involved.

Shared Questions. Practical Research. Useful Solutions.

Start with a Question.
Build Understanding.
Identify Practical Solutions.

What helps students become ready for work? What prevents employees from applying what they learn? Why do workplace policies sometimes fall short in everyday practice? A focused research question can help an institution understand a challenge before deciding how to address it.

A collaboration can begin with a small study involving a selected class, team or workplace. ICCII and the participating institution agree on the question and scope, gather relevant perspectives and discuss the findings to identify practical recommendations.
